Terms of Service.

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Barform POS is the bar point of sale from Third Space Ventures LLC. These are the terms for using the product and, if you book at a bar that runs it, for the messages you receive.

The service

Barform POS is sold to bars and restaurants as a monthly subscription, on the plans and prices published at barformpos.com. The bar is responsible for its own operation, its staff and its guests' data; Barform processes that data on the bar's behalf. When a subscription ends, the venue's account turns read-only, and three months later we delete the venue and all its data unless it subscribes again before then.

Reservation messages

When you book a table at a bar that runs Barform and tick the messages box, you agree to receive from that bar, by SMS or WhatsApp, messages about that booking: that your request arrived, the confirmation, a reminder before your visit, any change or cancellation, a deposit request if the bar asks for one, and a thank-you the day after if the bar sends one. Message frequency varies: one message for each of these that happens to your booking. Consent is not required to book. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Reply STOP at any time to stop them (on WhatsApp, ALTO and BAJA work too) and, by text, HELP for help; you can also reply 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel your reservation (on a booking with a deposit, replying 2 sends you the link to cancel it). If you give an email, these messages can also reach you by email, box or no box. When you book by phone or in person, the bar can also send these messages to the number or email you give it, with no box to tick.

Your data

Your number, your consent and your reservation details are used only for that reservation and are not shared with third parties for marketing. The details are in the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We do what is reasonable to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change these terms; the date above says when we last did.
