Barform POS is the bar point of sale from Third Space Ventures LLC. These are the terms for using the product and, if you book at a bar that runs it, for the messages you receive.

The service

Barform POS is sold to bars and restaurants as a monthly subscription, on the plans and prices published at barformpos.com. The bar is responsible for its own operation, its staff and its guests' data; Barform processes that data on the bar's behalf.

Reservation messages

When you book a table at a bar that runs Barform and tick the messages box, you agree to receive from that bar, by SMS or WhatsApp, a confirmation, a reminder on the day and any change: up to 3 messages per reservation. Consent is not required to book. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time; you can also reply 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel your reservation.

Your data

Your number, your consent and your reservation details are used only for that reservation and are not shared with third parties for marketing. The details are in the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We do what is reasonable to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change these terms; the date above says when we last did.
